Had Jose completely finish my basement and have never worked with a better contractor in my life. Not only was he always on time, but with every project comes issues, each and every time he was fair quick and honest with each issue. That being said, there was one real issue and he resolved it as quickly as possible and i could not have been happier to have picked him as the person to finish my basement. He completely gutted the basement, added a bathroom, and understood my vision for the basement. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with Jose and his team because he gave us the most competitive price for the quality of workmanship delivered. He walked us through the project and gave his insights throughout and along with our vision for the basement layout he definitely delivered. His work is professional level. He and his team delivered on all levels. When they gave me a time of arrival it was always met exactly to what he said. They cleaned up afterwards daily. The end result was a 100% satisfaction to us specially our daughter who will be moving downstairs and they made her wishes come true. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a project started. You would be making a mistake if you didn’t give him a call first for your home project needs.

Working with Jose is wonderful. He's professional, honest and does great work. I had him add a bathroom to my basement, windows to a wall without any previously, add a gas line to the kitchen, as well as repair the leaky duct work. I highly recommend him for any project.

Wow! Our basement finish project is complete and it looks fantastic!! It all started with Jose from Lx Construction! He helped us put vision to practical application and turn our unfinished basement into a recreation room, bed and bath with a secret nook closet and plenty of storage space. He also provided great references for other trades that did excellent work, and Jose remained available as an advisor throughout our project. We are so happy with the results! Jose was super friendly and easy to work with—a great attitude and very responsive!

Throughout the process Jose communicated ideas and potential future conflicts while framing out my basement. Jose was also extremely helpful in finding other crafts to help finish my basement, such as, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. He helped streamline the finished product. I'd recommend Jose to anyone. Jose helped us with some framing and did a fantastic job. He was very communicative and flexible when we had change of plans. When we asked for a few adjustments to the framing he also came back and redid some of the work so that we were fully happy with the result, which we especially appreciated. He even recommended a few other contractors (who also did a great job) to help with other parts of our project and coordinated with them so the work could all be done at the same time. Jose was referred to us by a home inspector in Castle Rock. I was told he works for the major home builders, has lots of connections and did a great job on his basement. Jose was up front about his price, his start date and how long it would take to finish. Jose showed up on time, worked productively each day and finished on time, 3 days! Walls were plumb, level and square. He knows the county guidelines for residential inspection and installed everything needed to pass our rough inspection. Jose provided layout suggestions that we hadnt thought of which enhanced the basement design. We used Jose’s connections to other contractors and they as well provided great workmanship and value. If you are looking for a quality framer, Jose is your man, but he doesn’t stop there! As a person who has grown up in the construction business it is not always easy to find help that is honest, lives up to doing a good job RIGHT the first time and charges a fair price! I found him on google and took a chance. Jose designed and installed framing for a 1500 square foot basement finish. He was awesome from the first day I met him. We did not have specific plans drawn out for him to frame. Instead I gave him ideas for the types of rooms we wanted and he helped with placement and ideas. He would do a temporary layout and we would improve the ideas together. He always arrived on time when he said he would and worked hard throughout the day. He kept a clean work space and also had many contacts for other jobs within the basement if we needed. He has the capability and knowledge to be a general contractor. He loves his job and he always treated me with respect. Now that the job is done, my family misses seeing him and seeing his progress.
